Formation in the Faith
A Baptism Class is required of all parents/godparents wanting to have their child/godchild baptized in the Catholic faith. Parents must be registered members of the Cathedral Parish.

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (R.C.I.A.) is the process for individuals to become Catholic and receive the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist. It is for a) persons in need of Baptism, b) persons baptized in another Christian tradition who desire to become Catholic, and c) persons baptized Catholic in need of First Communion and/or Confirmation.
